Who can get:
- Managers, deputy managers, or heads of structural subdivisions of legal entities carrying out investment activities in Kazakhstan;
- Foreigners and stateless persons investing under the MFCA investment tax residency program;
- Family members of the above.
Visa Types:
- Single Entry Visa: Issued up to 90 days, with the possibility to stay in Kazakhstan for the entire period of validity.
- Multiple Entry Visa: Issued up to 5 years, with the possibility to stay in Kazakhstan for the entire period of validity.
Category A6
Who can get:
- Foreign businessmen investing more than 300,000 USD in the economy of Kazakhstan.
Visa Type:
- Multiple Entry Visa: Issued up to 10 years, with the possibility to stay in Kazakhstan for the entire period of validity.
